Terms of Service

Last Updated: Dec 25, 2025

General Agreement

By utilizing our services or products, or engaging in any purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

Community Guidelines

No type of drama or argumentations. Be respectful to other members.
Absolutely no advertising or promoting things that are not 'Factory Market'. Any advertising in DMs or in-server will result in a ban and revoke of any service provided.
You do not have permission to copy anything about 'Factory Market'. If caught copying, products/rebrands will be revoked and result in a ban.

Zero Tolerance

Any known affiliation to selling leaked products, scamming individuals, etc. — if caught, this will result in your products being revoked.
We are a store; anything we sell comes with costs. Do not ask for free items.

Buying & Trading

The server is not a marketplace nor a place to find exchangers or sellers.
You are not allowed to sell below our prices or change durations without prior agreement. Trading or giving away free keys without permission will result in revocation.
Leaking or selling our sources (SRC/Rebrands) will result in termination of products you own without refund.

Products & Tools

If a tool stops working, gets patched, or gets leaked, we will try to fix or update it. Refunds are not guaranteed.
'Lifetime' refers to the availability of a service/version while it is actively running.
Licenses inactive for 3–6 months may be deleted. Keep keys/logins safe; lost keys are not reissued without fee. Sharing keys will result in suspension.

Tokens & Services

'Factory Market' is not liable for replacing tokens damaged by the purchaser. All tokens are checked for validity.
You have 5 minutes to check tokens after delivery; tokens used or changed cannot be reviewed for replacement.
Typical durations: 1M tokens ≈ 25-31 days; 3M tokens ≈ 85-90 days (durations may vary).
If Discord mass revokes nitro promotions, tokens will not be replaced.

Server Boosts

We cannot/will not transfer or remove boosts from a server once they have been applied.
1M/3M boosts warranty is voided if Discord revokes them (this is out of our control).

Transactions & Refunds

NO REFUNDS unless the issue is on our side.
We aim to deliver within 1–48 hours; if not possible we have up to 42 hours to deliver, and 48 hours before refunds apply.
Attempting to reverse a payment after delivery without contacting us will lead to blacklisting.
Prices and TOS may change without notice. Overpayments are considered donations.

Our Terms of Service may change at any time. By purchasing you agree to these Terms.
Please also review the Discord TOS and Discord Guidelines.
